About the Role

We are seeking a talented Junior Designer to join our team, working closely with our creative team to produce award-winning creative and brand campaigns. As a Junior Designer, you will have a strong foundation in both print and digital design, with a particular emphasis on digital and animation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality, commercially aware design work that aligns with briefs while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Demonstrate a digital-first mindset with proficiency in animation and motion design for social media, web assets, and animated logos.
  • Understand the print process and file preparation requirements.
  • Follow a style set by a middleweight/senior member of the team and help effectively rollout brand collateral.
  • Contribute creatively to team meetings, briefings, and project brainstorms.
  • Effectively manage multiple brands and their respective guidelines.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Support concept work and pitches.
Requirements

To be considered for the role of Junior Designer, you must demonstrate your strong foundation in both print and digital design. Your portfolio should have examples of branding campaigns that span print and digital animation and show your ability to think unconventionally and your flair for colour, type, and layout.

Ideally, you'll be working in a similar role currently, but now looking for more responsibility and bigger and better client accounts to work across. While your design skills should be impressive, this branding agency recognizes that you'll be at the beginning of your career and will require guidance, time, and support.
