About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader/Supervisor to join our team at Invictus Group, to be based at one of our facilities in the UK.

In this role, you will primarily oversee maintenance tasks across our large building, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.

You will spend 70% of your time off the tools, focusing on leadership/supervisory duties, with the flexibility to assist with hands-on Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of a team of engineers and contractors, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Assist with PPM and reactive maintenance tasks when required, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds contract requirements.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
  • Manage and enforce Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMs) and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure maintenance tasks are performed to the highest standards and within compliance guidelines.

  • Up to 10% Bonus - Based on individual KPI targets being met.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) maintenance supervisory or leadership role.
  • Knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance, and M&E systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Driving licence is desired, not essential.
