We are seeking an experienced Receptionist / Front of House Assistant to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area and providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and tidy at all times
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and arranging travel
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
- Proven experience as a Receptionist / Front of House Assistant / Hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
