**Financial Controller Position**

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our growing senior management team at Sixty Eight People. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial future of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bank relationships and ensure effective financial planning
  • Prepare and present business and financial reports on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Develop and implement ROI strategies for potential new site acquisitions
  • Support senior management on various projects and initiatives
  • Produce monthly management accounts and provide financial insights to inform business decisions
  • In the future, lead and build a finance function to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA) with 4-5 years of experience in a hospitality finance division
  • Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
  • Collaborative approach with excellent communication and networking skills
