About the Role

We are seeking an experienced dietitian to join our Health Improvement Nutrition & Dietetic team in Hywel Dda University Health Board. The successful candidate will be passionate about the role of nutrition in preventing diet-related disease and have a strong track record of delivering public health nutrition interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate accredited nutrition education and training to key community assets.
  • Enable the rollout of Level 1 Nutrition Skills for Life courses and provide quality assurance of nutrition services.
  • Provide expert nutrition guidance to the health board, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Work autonomously to identify, develop, deliver, and evaluate projects both locally and regionally.
  • Supervise and mentor staff and dietetic students.
