We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at Booth Welsh Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from initial scope development through to implementation, including detailed design, construction, and commissioning.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure successful project execution.
  • Cost Control and Forecasting: Apply department standards in cost control and forecasting to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to the Management of Change process throughout the project life cycle and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
  • Communication and Reporting: Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including leadership, operations, and maintenance teams.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical or Process Engineering, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant industrial experience.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Project Management: Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of engineers and technicians.
