Audit Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading audits from planning to completion, overseeing junior staff, and supporting business development.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned auditor who is keen to take on a challenging role and make a real impact in our firm. If you have a proven track record of leading an audit portfolio within UK practice and are career-driven, motivated by continuous learning and development, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Autonomously manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.
- Lead audits from planning to completion, overseeing junior staff and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored audit services.
- Support business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and contributing to the growth of our firm.
Requirements:
- ACCA/ACA qualified or QBE with a proven track record of leading an audit portfolio within UK practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop junior staff.
- Continuous learning and development mindset, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
