Key Responsibilities:

  • **Equipment Maintenance:** Perform routine maintenance and repairs on amusement equipment, including coin changers, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • **Customer Service:** Provide prompt and professional service to customers, responding to service calls and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • **Preventative Maintenance:** Conduct regular preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
  • **Spares Management:** Control and replace spares issued to you in accordance with laid-down procedures.
  • **Installation and Removal:** Perform installations, changes, and removals of amusement equipment as required.
  • **Debrief Meetings:** Attend regular debrief meetings with field management to discuss performance, answer problems, and review operations.
  • **Training and Development:** Attend training sessions as requested to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • **Communication:** Maintain regular contact with Remote Services in the manner prescribed by the company and operate equipment provided for this purpose in accordance with laid-down standards.
  • **Administration:** Ensure all administration documentation is completed and submitted in accordance with company procedures.
