About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IFA Administrator to join our team at mbf. This role is pivotal to our success, supporting our Directors and Senior Financial Planner while having regular contact with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to our Directors and Senior Financial Planner.
  • Maintain accurate client records, prepare documentation, and ensure follow-ups are conducted in a timely manner.
  • Regularly liaise with clients, addressing queries and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Prepare and manage reports, documents, and compliance paperwork.
  • Handle communication with product providers and other third parties.
