Protocol Education is collaborating with exceptional primary institutions in Melksham to recruit an Autism Support Educational Assistant (ASEA) who will work closely with educators to implement a tailored, autism-friendly curriculum focused on both academic and social skill development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) within educational environments.
  • Support classroom activities and facilitate students' learning and personal growth.
  • Execute individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management techniques.
  • Work in partnership with teachers and families to cultivate a nurturing educational atmosphere.
