Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Manage vendor accounts and resolve any issues
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions
  • Assist with month-end closing activities
Requirements:
  • A good knowledge & understanding of the end to end Accounts Payable Process.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel.
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and cross functionally
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
