Job Title: Data Analysis Officer

We are seeking a skilled Data Analysis Officer to join our Digital Product and Analytics Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for running customer experience research and providing effective analysis on RBO audiences against key objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct customer experience research to provide actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate research findings and recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis
Requirements:
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables
  • Ability to interpret data and create actionable insights
  • Understanding of accessible survey design
  • Methodical and detail-oriented approach to planning and conducting analysis
  • Strong planning and time-management skills
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with online survey software (e.g. Survey Monkey)
  • Experience with visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Understanding of Net Promotor Score methodology
  • Understanding of audience research in context of the arts and cultural sector
