About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team at Built with Django. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll play a crucial role in building and evolving features to improve operational effectiveness for care agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement scalable backend solutions using Django and AWS.
  2. Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize features, ensuring they align with our business goals.
  3. Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and ensuring seamless integration with our React-based frontend.
  4. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring the team's codebase remains maintainable and efficient.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our platform and processes.
