About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Leeds. As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for the general management of a diverse range of commercial properties, including multi-occupied office buildings, industrial estates, and retail units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and arrange maintenance, repairs, and landscaping for commercial properties
  • Liaise and report directly with clients and landlords
  • Day-to-day liaison and point of contact for tenants
  • Collect rent, including service charge and building insurance payments
  • Manage service charges and administration, including budgeting and producing Year End accounts
  • Deal with building insurance and work with appointed insurance brokers
  • Manage energy and utility contracts, including electricity and gas
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, including fire safety records
  • Maintain tenancy records and diary management

Requirements:

  • Must be RICS qualified
  • Experienced (1+ years) and MRICS qualified (preferred) in commercial property management
  • Ability to work without supervision and to tight schedules/deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Provide a high standard of professionalism to stakeholders
  • Possess a full UK driving license and have use of own car
