Position Overview:
Professional Technical Ltd is seeking a qualified Construction Compliance Officer to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring adherence to building regulations and maintaining high standards in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Construction Compliance Officer, your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting thorough inspections of buildings under construction or renovation.
  • Collaborating closely with developers and contractors to ensure compliance with building regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate project records within our database.
  • Engaging in ongoing communication with Surveyors and Management regarding technical issues to uphold standards and procedures.
  • Performing additional tasks as required while fostering strong professional relationships.

Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Excellent client relationship skills, with a strong technical background.
  • Organizational skills and self-motivation.
  • Membership in professional bodies such as RICS, CABE, CIOB, or CICIOW.
  • Proven ability to conduct site inspections at various stages of construction.
  • Experience in the construction sector, particularly in plan evaluation and inspection of residential projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Building Regulations, relevant legislation, and construction standards.

Registration Requirement:
The Construction Compliance Officer must hold a minimum registration of 'Class 2A'.
