Job Opportunity: The Recruitment Co. Careers is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production machinery, working safely at all times and adhering to our quality standards of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
  • You will work closely with colleagues and senior engineers to achieve high levels of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Identify areas of inefficiency in production machinery, understand the causes, and implement solutions independently or with assistance from the Manager or relevant departments.
  • Provide engineering assistance to production staff as needed.
  • Share knowledge and mentor junior team members, embracing new ways of working.
  • Assess machine efficiencies, address maintenance issues, and establish timelines for resolution.
  • Attend daily production meetings as required.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience).
  • A rotation of 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm shifts.
