About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Volkswagen Trainee Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless car buying experience for our customers.


Key Responsibilities

• Determine customer needs and provide expert advice and guidance on Volkswagen products and services
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to deliver a world-class customer experience
• Maintain accurate records and follow processes to ensure excellent customer service
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and product developments to provide expert knowledge to customers
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth


Requirements

• A full UK driving licence
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• At least 2 A Levels or equivalent qualification
• Previous relevant work experience
• IT skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• GCSE Maths and English
