Quantity Surveyor Position Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Stockport. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a construction consultancy or client-side role
  • Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and financial management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
