Job Summary
Zest Business Group is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Optical Assistant to join our premium practice in Burnley. As an Optical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our team of experienced opticians.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in all areas of the practice, including reception, dispensing, frame styling, adjustments, and meeting and greeting patients.
- Provide a full eyewear styling service, ensuring customers receive expert advice and guidance on selecting the perfect frames.
- Work closely with our opticians to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the practice, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to our high standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in an opticians or a related field is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the success of the practice.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
What We Offer
