Newquay - Peregrine Retail is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our night shift team at our Service Station. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving Customers: You will be responsible for serving customers on the till, handling customer queries, and escalating issues to supervisors or management as needed.
  • Delivery and Stock Management: You will work with deliveries that arrive at the site, ensuring compliance with food safety laws, and using office tools to scan in deliveries, invoices, and waste stock.
  • Store Maintenance: You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the shop, forecourt, and back areas.
  • Promotion Change Process: You will be involved in the promotion change process, including clearing old stock and following a planogram for new promotions.
  • Teamwork and Communication: You will work closely with supervisors and managers, following instructions, and asking questions when needed.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility: You must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Uniform and Appearance: You are required to wear the correct uniform and name badge at all times.
