Reliability Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Maintenance Specialist to join our Operations team at Princes Limited.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake maintenance and repair tasks on a diverse range of automated equipment, including TetraPaK ingredients processing centres, PET blow and fill production lines, and packaging machines.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize downtime and associated costs.
- Carry out fault finding, modifications, and improvements to equipment and processes.
- Implement and support planned preventative maintenance schemes.
- Complete maintenance schedules, reports, and CMMS records.
- Monitor equipment efficiency and identify problem areas for proactive improvement.
- Maintain 5S standards in work areas and ensure accurate records of adjustments to production equipment.
- Relevant engineering experience in FMCG, preferably with a focus on maintenance and reliability.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CMMS systems, such as SAP, and Root Cause Analysis tools.
