About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to join our client's senior management team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial growth and making strategic decisions that impact the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective financial management
  • Provide financial guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization, including marketing, sales, and creativity teams
  • Identify areas of growth and opportunities for cost rationalization and budgeting
  • Develop and implement 3- and 5-year plans to drive future growth and trends
  • Appraise and analyze commercial contracts to ensure optimal financial performance
Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a highly communicative environment
  • Ability to tailor financial information to specific audiences and stakeholders
