Technical Paraplanner Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Paraplanner to support our Wealth Management firm in Amersham. As a company, we offer a unique blend of expertise and personalized service to help our clients achieve their financial goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical knowledge of the financial services industry, with a focus on investments and pensions. A Diploma Level 4 qualification and working towards Chartered status are essential. Advanced level exams in investments and pensions will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write technical reports for high net worth clients
  • Support advisers with a range of tasks, including correspondence with product providers and clients, researching products, and writing suitability reports
  • Provide technical expertise to other members of the paraplanning team
  • Manage a case load and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Diploma Level 4 qualified and working towards Chartered status
  • Advanced level exams in investments and pensions (advantageous)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a busy environment and use own initiative
