Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic nurse to lead our Community Nursing Service. As a Community Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care in their own homes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of nurses and support staff to deliver excellent patient care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service efficiency
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse - Adult qualification
  • Specialist Practitioner qualification (DN Degree, diploma or Certificate in District Nursing) or equivalent clinical experience and leadership qualification
  • Leadership experience in a community nursing environment
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
