At GLL, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fitness Manager to join our team at Better Gym Bradford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a fitness professional to take their career to the next level and make a real impact on the lives of our customers.

As a Fitness Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth operation of the gym, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience and that our staff are supported and motivated.

You'll be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality fitness services.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the gym, including staff supervision and customer service.
  • Developing and implementing fitness programs and services that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure that our facilities and services are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the gym, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
