Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to drive the implementation of new Enterprise Data Services across Aviva Group. As a key member of the data transformation team, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence Data Management services, standards, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and enhance processes, systems, and services to create a significant shift in our Data Management capabilities, culture, and mindset.
- Implement Data Management systems, including Metadata Management, Data Quality, User Access, Reference Data Management, Data Retention, and Privacy Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and peers to drive change and transformation initiatives within Data Management.
- Develop and maintain Data Management standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on Data Management best practices and technologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of the data lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with data management disciplines, including Data Quality, Metadata Management, User Access, Reference Data Management, Data Retention, and Privacy Management.
- Practical knowledge and user experience with Data Management technologies, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
- Proven experience in implementing Data Management systems using tools like Informatica EDC/Axon, Collibra, Atacama, Talend, Immuta, or similar, within a multi-cloud environment.
- Strong ability to influence and manage stakeholders and peers, especially those less familiar with data concepts.
