Job Title: Accounts Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our client's team in Dungiven. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the purchase and sales ledger, booking flights and accommodation, and reconciling invoices with payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the purchase and sales ledger
  • Book flights and accommodation
  • Reconcile invoices with payments
  • Issue BACS or cheque payments as required
  • Manage VAT, quarterly VAT, and monthly intrastat and EC Sales information
  • Keep H&S updated
  • Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience with SAGE Line 50
  • Ability to turn your hand to many other facets of the role
