Hourly compensation: £13.11

This is a temporary role with flexible working hours, typically Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. The start date is immediate.

The Employment and Reward Team is dedicated to providing comprehensive operational services related to employee management and compensation. This includes the administration of employee contracts, payroll records, and associated pension schemes. Additionally, we oversee various non-monetary benefits and salary sacrifice programs. We are currently seeking a temporary Employment & Reward Assistant to join our supportive team and contribute to the delivery of effective HR and Payroll services.

The ideal candidate will possess a self-driven attitude and a passion for excellence, complemented by strong interpersonal and organizational abilities. Meeting deadlines is crucial, and a keen attention to detail is a must. While prior experience in payroll or HR is advantageous, we offer training in both areas to ensure your success in this role.

Remote Work Consideration
We are open to applications for remote or hybrid working arrangements for this position, subject to a trial period and in line with the Council's policies on remote work.
