Job Title: Vehicle Paint Technician

At Rubber Duck Cars, we are seeking a skilled Vehicle Paint Technician to join our Accident Repair body shop team in Newcastle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently preparing, spraying, and finishing vehicles to meet the Company and customer's expected standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Understand and apply spray painting technology, paint composition, and various methods of paint spraying, staying updated with product developments and attending relevant training courses.
  • Perform vehicle preparation work, including masking, sanding, and other necessary tasks, before painting.
  • Achieve the required finish and standard in spray painting, prioritizing customer care and satisfaction.
  • Use prescribed safety equipment and clothing, attend Company arranged medicals, and follow guidance provided by medical professionals.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring Company tools and equipment are in good condition to minimize fire hazards.
  • Adhere to all housekeeping, health, and safety regulations applicable to your position and working environment.
Requirements:
  • Preferably with ATA but not mandatory. 3 years' experience in vehicle paint spraying required.
  • Negotiable salary for the right candidate, along with other attractive company benefits, including:
