With over two decades of experience, this firm has led the market with an innovative approach, fostering robust relationships with major construction companies.

We are looking for professionals at both intermediate and senior levels who will report directly to the Commercial Manager. The successful candidates will manage projects valued up to £5 million, focusing on Dry Lining, Metsec, and Suspended Ceiling Packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting risk and value management along with cost control
• Identifying, assessing, and formulating strategies to mitigate commercial risks
• Overseeing the allocation of tasks to subcontractors
• Managing final accounts
