Electrical Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team in Dewsbury, as part of our Asset Management & Technical Services business platform.

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing industry-leading electrical and instrumentation/control concept and detailed designs, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to service the needs of the Water sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing electrical and instrumentation/control concept and detailed designs
  • Closing liaison across our multi-disciplined engineering teams
  • Reviewing design solutions for MCC, PLC, and instrumentation from suppliers
  • Working with our in-house construction and commissioning teams to ensure high-quality solutions

Requirements:

  • Degree/HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge of British and European design standards
  • Experience of working at all design stages is highly desirable
  • Experience of working as part of a multidisciplinary design team
  • Full UK Driving Licence
