We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Fraud and Financial Crime Risk team at the British Business Bank. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Sheffield, with a hybrid working arrangement that includes 2 days of office attendance per week.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate fraud and financial crime risks
- Lead a team of risk management professionals to identify, assess, and monitor risks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff awareness of fraud and financial crime risks
- 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell up to 5 days of holiday
