Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor
Job Type: Contract
Location: Claverton Down
Hourly Rate: £12.18 per hour
Adecco is seeking an experienced and skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure that it meets the required standards
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources
- Develop and implement menu plans and recipes to meet customer demands
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to in the kitchen
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
