Electrical Design Engineer

BAE Systems (New) is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of electrical systems for our naval ships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical systems for naval ships, including power distribution, control systems, and communication systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical systems meet performance, safety, and reliability requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Conduct laboratory tests and simulations to validate electrical system performance.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on electrical system design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics.
  • Minimum 2.2 GPA.
  • Returning to university to complete degree.
