About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Morrisons. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our biggest retail customer across all meat species.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the retail account.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the retailer and Myton Food Group.
    • Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional activities to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Market Analysis and Forecasting
    • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
    • Forecast sales and manage the pipeline of opportunities to ensure targets are met.
  • Sales Strategy
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to deliver budgets.
    • Identify growth opportunities within the account, including potential for new products or existing product development.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the account's budget, including trade spend and promotional funding.
    • Monitor the financial health of the account, ensuring profitability and managing costs effectively.
About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who has a strong background in retail account management and a passion for the meat industry. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
