This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician with a passion for medical education to develop their skills and knowledge in simulation-based training. As an Anaesthetic Fellow, you will work closely with our team to design and deliver high-quality simulation experiences for our trainees.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the development and delivery of simulation-based training programs for anaesthetic trainees
- Contribute to the design and implementation of educational projects and initiatives within the department
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address learning needs and gaps in anaesthetic education
- Support the development and maintenance of simulation facilities and equipment
- Full GMC registration
- Primary Medical Degree (MBChB, MBBS or equivalent)
- Recent previous employment in an anaesthetic capacity (IAC & IACOC as minimum)
- FFICM
- FRCA/FCARCSI
