Responsibilities
  • Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, take responsibility for the physical and emotional well-being and social needs of our residents.
  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Deliver a level of care that truly comes from the heart, ensuring our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality.
  • Get involved in general activities within the care home, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
Requirements
  • Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility; you must be able to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise.
  • Attend safeguarding training appropriate to your role and undertake additional training in associated areas.
