Drainage Technician Trainee

About the Role

ATS Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Drainage Engineer to join our team. As a Trainee Drainage Engineer, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in drainage works, domestic and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the completion of drainage works, including high pressure water jetting and CCTV surveys.
  2. Conduct internal and external works in private domestic and small commercial dwellings.
  3. Operate in accordance with health and safety and quality procedures.
  4. Help maintain the standard of company service vehicles and equipment.

Requirements

  1. Understanding of drainage principles and practices.
  2. Basic plumbing skills are an advantage.
  3. Relevant in-date drainage tickets, such as HPWJ, Confined Spaces are an advantage.
  4. CCTV camera investigation knowledge would be an advantage.
  5. Successful applicants will be subject to a criminal record and DVLA check.
  6. Full UK driving licence, no more than 6 points.
