Warehouse Operative Job Description

Found Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a reliable and skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team in Manor Royal, Crawley. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for working within the warehouse as part of a team, following supervisor instructions, and adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload deliveries and store items in the correct location using a forklift
  • Packaging items and ensuring shipping labels are accurate
  • Operate a FLT to load vehicles and organize stock
  • Occasional deliveries using a company van
Requirements:
  • Good level of written and verbal English required
  • Previous warehouse experience beneficial
  • Valid forklift license
  • Full UK driving license
  • DBS preferred (we can assist with this if required)
Benefits:
  • Weekly pay on a Friday
  • Temp to perm position
  • Employer pension contribution scheme
  • Holiday pay on an accrual basis
