Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Realizar mantenimiento y reparaciones rutinarias en una variedad de marcas y modelos de vehículos.
  • Diagnosticar y solucionar problemas de vehículos utilizando herramientas y equipos de diagnóstico.
  • Realizar inspecciones exhaustivas de vehículos para identificar y resolver problemas mecánicos.
  • Sustituir piezas y componentes según sea necesario, asegurando que todo el trabajo cumpla con las especificaciones del fabricante.
  • Comunicar de manera efectiva con los clientes para explicar los problemas del vehículo y las opciones de reparación.
  • Mantener registros precisos de todo el trabajo realizado y las piezas utilizadas.
  • Asegurar que todo el trabajo se realice en cumplimiento con las normas y regulaciones de seguridad.

Requisitos:

  • Título de secundaria o equivalente.
  • Certificación de un programa de formación automotriz reconocido.
  • Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia como técnico automotriz.
  • Amplio conocimiento de los sistemas automotrices, incluidos motores, transmisiones, frenos y sistemas eléctricos.
  • Competente en el uso de herramientas y equipos de diagnóstico.
  • Excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas y atención al detalle.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y como parte de un equipo.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
  • Licencia de conducir válida.

Calificaciones Preferidas:

  • Certificación ASE (Automotive Service Excellence).
  • Experiencia con vehículos híbridos y eléctricos.
  • Familiaridad con las últimas tecnologías y tendencias automotrices.
