About the Role
As a Production Chef Apprentice, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to company specifications. You will work closely with our experienced chefs to develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to maintaining a clean, tidy, and hygienic kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food to company specifications
- Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and monitor and deal with any maintenance issues
- Stay up-to-date with new products, menus, and promotions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and licensing laws
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions
