Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As a key member of our Research and Development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of new products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough stability testing of new products in accordance with industry guidelines and internal protocols to ensure product quality and safety.
- Perform routine and non-routine laboratory tests using various equipment and instrumentation to gather data and inform product development decisions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory activities and results to facilitate data analysis and reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing to minimize downtime and ensure project timelines are met.
- Plan and prioritize workload to ensure that business requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the laboratory to maintain a safe working environment.
- Write clear and concise reports and trial instructions to facilitate communication with cross-functional teams.
