About the Role

F.P.T. Industries Limited is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, from receiving and storing goods to shipping and delivering products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a Safe Working Environment
  • Manage Inbound Materials: Booking of inbound materials, including correct labeling and transactions inputted to the ERP/MRP system.
  • Data Entry and Inventory Management: Data entry of stock counts, liaising with Finance to root cause and support resolve all discrepancies.
  • Stock Movement Transactions: Carry out stock movement transactions while ensuring all materials are within shelf life.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Filing of route cards, CofCs, DGs, Delivery Notes, and all other Logistics documentation.
  • Outbound Deliveries: Booking of outbound deliveries, including data entry for all relevant customer or 3rd-party portals.
  • Invoice Production: Produce UK and Export invoicing, including all relevant licensing required.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Maintain the internal Despatch and Shipping trackers, including the scanning and uploading of all documentation.
  • Export Compliance: Collate and provide detailed information for export compliance.
  • Support and Training: Support as and when required with Forklift and Packing activities.
Requirements
  • Full Driving Licence
  • ERP/MRP Experience
  • 5+ Years in a Similar Role
  • IT (Microsoft Package)
Desirable Experience and Skills
  • Business Administration
  • Logistics Administration
  • SAP Experience
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Previous Experience in Project Participation
Working Hours

Monday-Thursday: 07:30-16:15
Fridays: 07:30-16:00
(Every other Friday is a non-working day)
