About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Council. As a key member of our Trades Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to our residents and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance works to internal and external elements of occupied properties.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and excellent standards of performance to the public.
  • Coordinate the delivery of the Communities Service Delivery Plan and Performance Indicators.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a performance management system for reporting and data analysis.
  • Present monthly performance information against key indicators through various means.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background in plumbing, as well as excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
