Job Summary:

Connect Appointments is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Electrician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing and working with electrical design plans to ensure timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and work with electrical design plans to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Identify areas for improvement of current processes and methodologies
  • Perform maintenance of equipment, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
  • Play a key role in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Ensure electrical equipment and control systems are performing to a satisfactory standard
  • Complete all relevant paperwork and documentation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar electrical maintenance role
  • A valid 17th or 18th Edition, qualified to City & Guilds level or above
  • Ability to produce, interpret, and work to electrical drawings and specifications, including machine circuit drawings
  • Previous experience working with variable drive systems and 3-phase supply systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and good practice
