Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and housework.
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration.
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide companionship.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
