Key Responsibilities:
- Administer DB pensions schemes, ensuring accurate calculations and adherence to scheme rules.
- Provide exceptional customer service to pension scheme members, clients, and third parties.
- Guide scheme members through their pension journey, offering support and guidance.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure seamless pension payroll processing.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a DB pensions administration role.
- Ability to calculate pensions and interpret scheme rules.
- Experience of running pension payrolls is desirable but not essential.
