Warehouse Operative

Broadstairs, Kent

Compensation:
£22,503

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments.
• Conduct quality assessments on outgoing products.
• Verify weights and measurements for shipping documentation.
• Cross-check items against delivery notes and report any inconsistencies.
• Systematically organize and store inventory in designated areas.
• Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of stock levels.
• Efficiently select products, confirming correct items and quantities.
• Prepare shipments by securely packaging and labeling items.
• Assist in loading outgoing deliveries.
• Engage in regular inventory audits to uphold precise stock records.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
• Input data related to weights and measurements of products and waste materials.
• Operate in-house pad printing machines for item labeling.
• Additional tasks may include general cleaning, basic upkeep, and gardening duties.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Prior experience in a warehouse setting.
• Proficiency in computer usage.
