About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Residential Manager to join our team at Premier Healthcare. As a Senior Residential Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our residential children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident
  • Ensure the home is run in a safe and efficient manner, meeting all relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services, or equivalent
  • 3 years' experience working with children in the last 5 years, with at least 1 year at senior level
  • Supervision or management experience
  • Working with children, young people, and their families
  • Work in a residential setting
  • Inter-agency work
