Marble Talent Group Ltd is seeking a skilled Toolmaker to join our team in Portsmouth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manual centre lathes and manual mill machines with precision and accuracy.
- Utilize surface and cylindrical grinding techniques to manufacture tools.
- Read and interpret 2D drawings and geometric tolerances to ensure accurate tool production.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on current tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records and complete relevant paperwork.
Requirements:
- Ability to understand and apply geometric tolerances in 2D drawings.
- Experience with CNC Milling and manual machine operation.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Working Hours and Salary:
6.30am - 4pm, Monday - Thursday. Salary: £28k - £34k.
Security Clearance:
A DBS check will be required prior to starting this role.
